Overdrive Design Labs Inc. is a Kenora, Ontario based graphic and website design company helping small to mid-sized businesses, tourism associations and non-profit organizations build brands, websites and advertising campaigns that are compelling, fresh, and authentic. For over 17 years we’ve shared our talents with a long list of clients and have left a lasting mark on our region.

THE TEAM

Betty Lou, Investor / Entrepeneur
Having been one of the original investors, Betty Lou has a controlling vote in the direction of Overdrive, as well as the day to day operations. If you hear the clicking of her claws on the floor, you’d better start shuffling papers or look like you’re working.

ROB DOKUCHIE, President / Designer
Founder & President of Overdrive Design, Rob attended Fanshawe College in London Ontario in the Advertising Art Program in 1988 & 1989. After working for a number of design and print companies in Winnipeg and Kenora he started Overdrive in 1997. Rob has over seventeen years experience in the graphic design field.

ASHLEY PEREIRA, Website Designer
Ashley been working for Overdrive Design since 2008 after graduating from the University of Manitoba. With an original focus on website design, Ashley has recently been working on print design and branding projects. Ashley’s design aesthetic, creative thinking and attention to detail make her an essential member of the Overdrive team.

RYAN PAUL, Website Programmer, Office Ergonomics Officer
Originally from London England, Ryan worked in a variety of demanding office environments focusing on IT projects and website development. The programming languages Ryan uses include PHP, ASP, HTML and CSS. Recently moving to Canada to pursue “the laid back Canadian lifestyle”, Ryan has become a valuable addition to our team. Ryan also makes sure we are all postured correctly at our desks.
