We do not issue refunds on promotional products or design/print service if the correct product has been personally branded according to the client's instructions, or has been designed/printed according to the client's instructions/proof.
For website services, if we are in error, we will correct our mistakes without charge and make every attempt to keep the customer happy. We do not issue refunds in the case of a client mistake or change of mind.
